We have some events that are wheelchair accessible, including The Ultimate Haunted Barn and The Asylum. If there are guests or other people who can lift the person onto The Hayride of the Lost, they can ride that, too. However, we do not have staff to help do this.
If you have to ask, it’s best that you leave it in the car or, better yet, at home. We are dedicated to providing a safe, fun event for every visitor. Therefore, weapons of any kind, pepper spray, pocketknives, laser pointers, flashlights, alcoholic beverages, and any other potentially dangerous objects are not permitted.
Yes, we have bonfires out by The Hayride of the Lost. We also have Scarey-Oke karaoke open to all guests. Just keep in mind these are outside areas.
Our haunts are not recommended for guests who are pregnant, have heart conditions or are in general poor health.
Yes! We have bathroom facilities on site and open to all guests.
No. However, you can purchase another ticket if you would like to go through again.
We do not have a coat check or a place to hold belongings. Small purses and/or bags are allowed. Other bags should be left at home.
Yes, you can wear costumes to the haunted houses! However, you may not wear a costume mask or carry any props.
Yes. We will not allow foul language, obscene behavior, weapons, alcohol, drugs, etc… We reserve the right to refuse admittance to anyone we deem not appropriate for entry. Please use your head and keep in mind we do not give refunds.

NO! We do not allow photography/video recording while in the events. Go Pros and similar cameras are not permitted, either. You may take photos while on the grounds outside. There are photo opportunities and outside entertainment which can be photographed with no concerns.
Yes. We have in-house security and hire private contractors. The safety of our customers and staff is one of our primary concerns at Night Terrors.
That depends on many factors – mostly on how scared you are and how fast you can run. First, you have to buy your ticket. Then, you go to the line for your event on your ticket. (You may have more than one event to visit.) You can go at your own pace. You may encounter monsters wandering the grounds while you are here. Just keep in mind the time for the last hayride the night you are there. Friday and Saturday, you need to be in line for the Hayride by 10:30 pm, and 9:30 pm on Sunday.
Yes. There are several exits throughout the haunts. You may not re-enter and there are no refunds.
Yes. Night Terrors is designed to scare adults and has horrified thousands of customers.
No! On-site parking at Night Terrors is always free.
We do not do refunds. However, your ticket can be good for another night. We have Friday, Saturday and Sunday tickets. Friday and Sunday tickets can be redeemed on both Fridays and Sundays but Saturday tickets can be redeemed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

We do not have an age requirement. However, we don’t recommend Night Terrors for kids 12 and under. The events may be too intense for younger children. Some kids love scary movies and haunted houses, and you know your kid better than we do. Keep in mind we do not give refunds if you cannot complete your events in your ticket.
We do have group rates but only on the “Full Scream Ahead” passes. When you place your order online the discounts will auto-apply. Group rates start with groups of 10 or more and the discounts increase depending on the number of tickets. 10-24 tickets=$5 off per ticket, 25-49 tickets=$6 off per ticket, 50-100 tickets=$7 per ticket and 100+ tickets=$8 off per ticket. Discounts can only be applied to the intial purchase. All additional tickets will be at full price.
No. All Night Terrors tickets are a per-person price.

We recommend that you do, especially if you’re coming with a larger group all purchased under one order or your group will be splitting up. It will speed up your entry into events since every ticket in your group must be scanned to enter.
We try to keep wait times down, but it varies based on the number of guests we have that evening. You could buy tickets online to avoid the ticket line to save some time. We also have a Fast Pass that can be added to any ticket to make your wait time shorter.
No, we do not give refunds. You can try and use your ticket another night or give it to someone you know.
We have 3 haunts that are inside, which can stay open while it’s raining. Just to be sure, please call 734-482-7744 to confirm that were are open in the event of bad weather. The outside events might have to be closed for the safety of our staff and customers. Keep in mind the queue lines are outside, so always dress for the weather.

Yes, we use many strobe lights and fog machines throughout our haunts. Those with photosensitivity or asthma should be cautious when visiting any haunted attraction.
No. Please, be respectful and do not touch them. You might be asked to leave if you do. Keep in mind you won’t get a refund.
Our monsters are instructed not to touch you, but they get REALLY close!
There is no smoking or vaping in the haunted attractions or in the lines for tickets, attractions, or other areas.
No, they are not allowed on the Night Terrors grounds. Please don’t bring any alcohol on the premises.
Kind of. The Country Store is open while Night Terrors is open. We have cider, coffee, hot cider, cider slushies, donuts, apple fritters, caramel apples, apple dumplings, fudge and other fall goodies.
